Five Years Already!

Our Five Year Wedding Anniversary has come and gone! (June 18th)

Instead of buying gifts, we try to do some sort of getaway to celebrate our marriage each year. Last year was a cruise, this year we kept it low budget and went to the local beach. It was AWESOME to get away and relax.

Other Highlights,

• There is a homemade ice cream shop that is delish with a line of people out the door within walking distance called "Cow Lick's"
• The hotel served ice cold tropical drinks on the pool deck... yum!
• We saw a whole school of stingray in the crystal water. when they started swimming toward me I went running screaming to shore thinking it was a shark coming at me... boy did I look like a goof!

After the stingray swam by thousands of tropical fish swam by us. a HUGE School- swimming in thousands surrounded us.
So many reasons I love Florida! No better state for "StayCations".
