"When the Moon hit's your eye like a big pizza pie..."
Husband is an amazing chef. He makes "creations" all the time, making up his own recipes, and I'm the lucky taste tester. In fact, he is such a great cook, I've reluctantly (who am I kidding, I have no time to cook!) handed over the cooking duties to him while I finish up school.
Here is last night's creation.

Ingredients:
1 regular boboli pizza crust. (they also make whole wheat)
Pesto Sauce, thinly spread on the crust. (Bertolli brand is amazing in any italian dish!)
Pizza sauce
Lightly dust with Garlic powder
1 1/2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced in long thin strips
handful of diced red peppers
handful of diced onion
Fresh grated romano and parmesian blend
5 cheeses blend shredded cheese
chopped up provolone cheese
chopped up cheddar cheese
(no worries it isn't cheese overload, just your average amount, but all mixed together)
Sprinkled with cilantro to finish it off.
optional- add a bit of oregano
It was amazing. My mouth is watering now.

Bowling &Softball
I went bowling with the Youth last night. You know what this is? Evidence. That ME, RD (aka RayDogg in bowling world) bowled a 118. 118? Big Deal you say? It is for this florida chicky. I even took a bowling class in college and got worse.
Then I was off to watch husband play his tournamont game. It was a grueling battle against the hispanics for 2nd place in the league. He's a great third baseman, diving, jumping, twisting and throwing all in one fluid movement to catch the ball and throw someone out. Do not be decieved by his short thin stature. He's a beast at softball. Can't wait till next season! That's how we met, intramural softball at BYUI.
(crappy pic, dark outside)
The embarassing wife picture- (in front of all the guys) "I need a picture of you in your uniform!"
... what a good sport
p.s.- after a nail biting game, they won! Check out the trophy. Good job boys!

Citris Club
We went to a wedding a couple weekends ago. It was at a small catholic church and the reception was in a skyskraper downtown orlando in a fancy club called the Citrus Club. It was beautiful.

( i know it's blurry, I thought the effect looked cool)

Halloween Fun
Husband and I made halloween cookies for our offices. I got the dough where you add the egg and butter then have to roll out and cut your shapes so it makes it a little quicker. I thought 1 bag of mix = 1 dozen cookies. So I made 3 bags for 3 dozen. Not so... 1 bag = 3 dozen. Yep. We had 9 dozen cookies. It took a long time to roll out and cut, and now we have lots of frozen cookies. But they turned out cute. Pumpkins, ghosts and stars. Boy they were tasty!
